Multi pass forming process: After leveling, computer layout, precision cutting, CNC bending, submerged arc welding and other processing steps, the straightness error of the lamp post is ≤ 1 ‰, and the verticality error is ≤ 3 ‰, ensuring that the overall structure is flat, smooth and deformation free. Double layer anti-corrosion treatment: The surface is first subjected to hot-dip galvanizing process, with a zinc layer thickness of ≥ 70 μ m, forming a dense anti-corrosion barrier, effectively isolating air and moisture erosion; The outer layer is then subjected to electrostatic spraying treatment, using weather resistant outdoor specific powder, with a coating thickness of 50-100 μ m, adhesion reaching level 1 in GB/T9286-1998 standard, and excellent UV resistance and acid and alkali resistance. Humanized interface: A standardized solar panel installation bracket interface is reserved at the top of the lamp post, a lamp fixture fixing position is set in the middle, and a wiring hole and basic flange plate are reserved at the bottom (the flange plate size matches the height of the lamp post to ensure stable installation). The interface position has been mechanically calculated to avoid the impact of center of gravity deviation on stability after installation, simplify the construction process, and shorten the installation time.
